We lost our great case manager. This is never good, and normally
this would have been a catastrophe. We hired a new one, brought her
to Masters Training and Boom! We hit our goal this month. And it
was HIGHEST EVER at $376,800 gross. We also dropped overhead to
59% so more pure profit!! ROCK ON!!!

I brought my Doc to the Case Manager training. Just being in the
room really opened his eyes to how important the message is to our
patients. We were able to show him how coming from a place of
caring and making people realize they have a problem is his job so
they DO TAKE ACTION AND GET CARE! Because if they don’t,
they will end up in surgery, and that outcome SUCKS!
It’s always such a boost to our staff’s confidence, production and
morale when we attend Masters Club. You give my staff the tools they
need to do their jobs better. My Staff in ON FIRE after this weekend

I have been coming to Masters for training for 2 1⁄2 years. I have
always been hesitant doing the drills and always felt a bit
uncomfortable. But, after doing many, many times now, this training

After attending my first Masters Training in Nashville, 2018, my sales
increased EXPONENTIALLY. I went from doing around $120,000
per month in stem cells to $290,000 the following month. That’s
$170,000 increase in ONE MONTH. The 2 weeks following the
training we collected $95,000 and then $95,000 again, our highest evers
by a mile. Staying on the Same Message and using Masters Training

I love and can understand the concept of ‘Simplicity = Better Confront’. I learned that if you hit constant state of Affluence, you keep applying the Affluence Formula! And always go back to Danger/Repair condition when you decrease by even a little. Affluence -> Affluence -> Affluence ->POWER. This is the most powerful concept I will be able to apply right away! Used the Tone Scale to communicate with a patient who owed us money for care he already completed. Now patient agreed to a new payment plan and has paid every month! Was a big accomplishment for the hat. Big win!!!
Masters Club is more intense and focused than other training programs, but Dr. Gatza makes sure the info is understood and not lost on us.
Every Masters Club is a reminder to put my Intention back in. The 1st week following Masters Club weekends, our ROF (Report of Findings) close percentage goes up, CV increases and the tone of the practice goes up. It is amazing what Intention alone can do!

Masters Club training was more advanced training that is specifically relatable to our field. I loved the examples that were used that made it easier to understand.
This is the best training relative to production because these principles apply to many parts of the practice and life.

Other programs have not been as implemental for me. I feel like I leave with tools/knowledge that are practical and usable and that I want to continue to master.
Masters Club is great. It explains in detail how to apply different formulas to help increase office #s/GI and gives personal experiences for us to identify the errors or success better.
What I have learned from Masters Club and Dr. Gatza has been truly transformative in all aspects of my life. We have been doing great using the teachings of the Masters Club. We hit a bump in the road after losing our Case Manager of five years. We had her trained by the Masters Case Manager Training and in the first 30 days she did $132,000 in sales. However, things kind of went of the tracks. Dr. Gatza did a phone call with me and made me realize that one Masters club and one Sales Training does not make a Case Manager and that I needed to drill and manage them so I don’t have to do the doingness of the post. The stats went back up immediately and we generated $112,000 in the next two weeks, JUST from this phone call!!!
Joining the Masters Club has give me the training in business ownership I’ve craved. I realize how I have been operating on a wind and a prayer, hope and love. It’s practical and results proven. After the Case Manager training in Nashville, our Case Managers came back and collected $125,000 the first week and closed more patients than our office ever has in one week. The following week they collected $100,000. Not only did it sharpen their ability to collect up front, but they also improved their ability to close patents that would have previously left without care. I would highly recommend sending bot new and experienced Case Managers to the training.
The Masters Club has become vital for our office. It has changed the way we are able to run our office, allowing us to care for patients more effectively. From our Case Manager learning the skills to improve her close rate from 50% to 90%, our PRCA leaning communication skills to improve her new patient rate by 50% to the Executive/Owner mastering the Be, Do Have to reduce overhead by 40% and increase GI and surpassing annual goals MID YEAR. The other members I have met have become mentors, friends and family. I know that If I have a problem or a question, help is just a text or call away. Dr. Gatza has made an amazing thing happen. He has taken the material and focused in on the data or information that was missing. This allows full understanding and ability to use the data. In this lecture, he has brought his personal experience with the ups and downs of running a healthcare office. You know as he stands in front of you and delivers the material that he has hit speed bups in practice and uses the material he presents to capitalize. Last time we were here the clinic was sitting at $173,000 in gross income. We took the DEI Scale and applied it to Case Management and this past month we closed April, 2018 at $324,000! Through implementation of the DEI Scale we were able to get and close more new patients!
Our office struggled in January. Our seminars were not producing and I was not closing. Late in January, our Office Manager brought back the Masters Club training and spent an hour with our seminar speaker and myself. We then went on to collect $198K in stem cells that month and set office records in closes/day /week/month. Last week we had 31 closes! Thank you guys for the great material!
My favorite part of being/participating in the Masters Club is learning new material and solid review of the material I have learned. It is amazing how your mind is turned on and more creative in a matter of hours.
